When you were a child, did you ever make rings out of dandelion stems, or weave flowers into a crown to wear? Nearly every kid on the planet will decorate themselves with blossoms at some point, and these rings can help them do just that. “Spring”, created by designer Gahee Kang, is a ring that inspires children to go outside and find beauty and wonder in the natural world. There are two ring designs available in either gold or silver, and both have holes and tubes that are just perfect for tucking blooms into, so kids can pick their favourite flowers and wear them ’til they wilt. “Spring” was exhibited at Spazio Rossana Orlandi at this year’s Milan Design Week as part of the Whatnot 2014 collection.
